How We Build

Our policy is very simple...the customer decides.

Rienzi Custom Homes controls and assures quality and the customer is responsible for the project's budget. From the start, the customer has the option of hiring an architect to create an original design, building a house using a standard floor-plan, or modifying an existing commercial design. After the site and design have been chosen, Rienzi will suggest materials and building methods, and quote an approximate cost. Once the customer has decided on the overall project, Rienzi will render an accurate and timely account of the cost of labor and materials, submitted at regular intervals. Rienzi's fee is a pre-agreed percentage over cost. Following this logic, Rienzi guarantees that the materials used are of the type and quality agreed upon, and that workmanship conforms to industry standards. Should the customer change the project's specifications in either design, material, or any other significant way, Rienzi will work to achieve the customer's goals while minimizing its impact on the overall building contract and budget. In this manner, the customer controls the project's cost, while Rienzi assures quality of execution.
